FINANCING THE APARTMENT PURCHASE

Until the final inspection, you’ll only need to pay 10% of the apartment’s purchase price.

The purchase process is as follows:

1) After signing the reservation agreement, you will pay a reservation fee equal to 3% of the purchase price, including VAT,

2) After signing the preliminary purchase agreement, you will pay 7% of the purchase price, including VAT,

3) You will pay the remaining 90% of the apartment’s purchase price only after the project has been approved and before signing the purchase agreement.

This gives you plenty of time to arrange a mortgage and, at the same time, the opportunity to use your savings until the project is completed.
