Living by the Park

Get settled in buildings with a direct view of a modern city park which is being built by the City of Slaný right next to the Byty Borovského and Verde Slany project. A replica of a historical entrance gate will in the future provide a natural transition between housing and leisure. In the park within a minute from your doorstep? No problem!

HISTORICAL PARK

As part of the residential project Verde Slaný, the project Byty Borovského is being built in the environment of a historical location with unique genius loci which is full with grown trees and minor recreational and decorative elements that will be preserved to the maximum possible extent. This park was the place of everyday relax of the cotton mill’s employees, as well as of the local residents and we wish to grant these moments to you, too.

CURRENT STATE AND THE FUTURE

In cooperation with leading Czech landscape and garden architects, we prepared a detailed study of a new large park in the Northern part of the site. We provided this study with all the necessary details for a symbolic price to the City of Slaný, which completed the first stage of revitalization in 2022.

WHAT CAN YOU LOOK FORWARD TO?

In close proximity to the city park and close to the swimming pool

Verde Slaný is being built in the immediate vicinity of the newly reconstructed Kumpánova zahrada urban park, in the revitalization of which we participated in the form of elaborating a study provided for implementation to the City of Slaný Municipal Council. A place for morning jogging, relaxing in the greenery, sitting with friends, walks with the stroller, reading a book or having a picnic on a blanket: you will have all of these just outside the door of your apartment without the extra cost of green maintenance. You can also appreciate the proximity of the newly renovated swimming pool. There will be direct access to the park and swimming pool from the Verde development.

Enough Space for Relaxation

A huge area of green means only one thing: more than enough space for relaxation, picnics or gathering with friends. The park is structured in a way to naturally combine the passive and active relaxation zones and offer you exactly the type of relaxation that you need.

Heart-warming Aesthetics

A nice park is no longer just a neatly cut grass and a few trees. And therefore, we have not forgotten to add design elements that serve a natural purpose also within the whole park complex - for example wooden elements or a water cascade.

Culture and Also Gathering With a Beer

The newly built park will be an ideal place where open cultural events can take place in the summer, meet friends over a glass of good wine or a chilled beer from the local brewery or meet the other residents.

Sports Activities for All Generations

Have a match with your friends on one of the sports fields, enjoy one of the typical relaxing park sports such as pétanque or go jogging in the fresh morning air. In the summer, you can also go enjoy the nearby outdoor swimming pool.
