These depictions of the project or any part thereof, or in conjunction with any information provided regarding residential and non-residential spaces in the project, do not constitute an offer to enter into any legal transaction, nor do they constitute a promise or commitment to enter into such a transaction. The final exterior and interior appearance of the entire building and any part thereof, as well as the materials or products used, may differ from the project renderings on this website. The project’s design may be gradually refined or modified as part of the contractual documentation entered into with interested parties.

In the event of a dispute with a consumer, the entity responsible for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, or another entity authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Trade in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
